“PR team job turned out to be interesting, but also hard due to some reasons. Firstly, it was a big responsibility before both all the group and the people that were connected for the programme and are organization. Secondly, it is all about multitasking. In our list of duty we have information dissemination in the Internet and content creating such as poster making and printing, searching for the area, décor and full event programme preparation. It’s everything that should be for the project.
In our work the big focus was actually onto the event. It took the beginning from the place choice, that was both unexpectedly and lucky. Turns out that the bar owner is a good friend of my friend (friend thread, heh). Also, I have a feeling that we have had meetings some times earlier. That’s why I decided to take a chance to make a deal with that bar owner. If I failed with the agreement, then I’d try to ask my friend to do this.
However, happily everything went well and we were given “green light” with advantageous conditions. We were give a whole hall with a stage on free (in New Year time period whole payment of an area can reach to 150.000).

PR team – they do the preparation to 11/12. Varya is the one who does the great job for this part. Polina, Sasha and Olesya help her all the time.
After date reservation everything had become more or less stable. We were still preparing for the event, I was doing that for the after-party making such as coordination of technical rider of Ozzie, repertoire and other technical issues (searching for a sound engineer and selection of our technical same rider).
When these points were already agreed upon, the process of preparion and the décor approvement for the hall began. Also, I was writing a speech for the event.
Plus, with this I was doing my job such as helping my team to complete tasks (making posters, gathering décor and other things in general).
To sum up, it was interesting, but nervous work to do due to a big responsibility that was laid on me, since I talked a lot with the manager, the concert director and the musician. For anxious person it was the biggest quest, but in my opinion I made it quite well”.
The only issue we had was the 18+ content presence in our zine. It was the reason why our project was denied in cafes such as zine cafe “Tirazh” and others. We even asked Moscow sex museum on Arbat for cooperation. That’s why on the meeting with a manager I needed to think about workarounds to solve “the problem” with 18+ content. I tried to make it on one slide of my project presentation in the bar.
Also, one of our cooperative ideas was to expand our event with the simple zine presentation to good after-party. With all of it we had a big chance to increase cash of bar and to entertain guests. Gladly I had one good contact, Ozzie Blunts, the friend of the bar owner and the good musician.
I wrote him a message some time later and he immediately agreed to play acoustic set for us. He also offered a help and it was pretty good, since we had some difficulties with a concert director due to programme and timing absence and I worried very much, because we could lose this place very easily. The phrase of Ozzie, «I’m friends with one of the owners of Munk. If I can help just let me know», was so pleasant, since I was nervous 24hrs for a day.

There are mostly question about love in TV shows and cartoons. Also, you need to think about puzzles trying to guess the song by emoji. All songs are popular and everybody should know them. The quiz is for the event as the part of entertainment to explore the love theme from different angles and to test yourself.

Posters were created by Varya, I printed them. Posters are made in colors of our zine, black, white and red/pink. Hearts are the big addition to point the love theme. In the end there is a picture of our zine to show you what we are gonna to present. Also, some information about the event in general. Posters were printed in typography by a laser printer”.
In addition, there other games will in the event such as tarot card divination, where you can ask questions and find out about your fate. We will also have a group artists who will draw portraits of our guests and various postcards during the event itself. People will be able to take such beauty at home as a keepsake. There will be a nook where you can buy our book and ask some questions and our team will answer on them.
