DOCUMENTATION TEAM
Documentation team was responsible for collecting all information and finally gathering it together into a website/project log. The roles were strictly divided between girls: Alina and Liza were working on taking pictures of the process, taking notes on general meetings and organizing common Google Folders for everyone to download their own materials. It was quite hard to gather information from such a big team, because people tend to forget to share materials or on the whole they were more busy with their own work, so they did not have time to keep notes.
Masha decided to be a head of the website, so Liza and Alina had to collect all the essential materials for her, and eventually all this big amount of information had to be clearly written for Masha.
In general, they were asking all participants for things such as Rationales, videos of process and character designs to be downloaded in time.

Alina’s observation: “The documentation is also an important part of the project, because by that the viewers can see how the artists change the idea through the whole process. It shows ways how the artists come to the final results after a lot of technique tries. Most participants of our team work in digital format, but some of us use traditional paper to draw sketches. It’s interesting to see how the simple sketch with simple lines is made into the detailed drawing.”

Masha's observation: "The process of making a website as a project log for such a big project was challenging and fun at the same time. I learned a lot of things about website building on Tilda and making animations there".
